Shipping Information
We are committed to delivering your vaping products safely, quickly and legally. We take orders on all days of the week. For Sunday to Thursday, we take orders any time between 10:30 AM- 06:00 PM. For Friday we take orders from 09:00 AM-11:00 AM. For Saturday we can take orders between 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Orders after the cutoff time will be processed the next day as early as possible. For orders above $100, we offer FREE Shipping. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. All delivery packages are discreet, with no logos or vape-related branding visible on the outside of the package
All packages shipped from YYZ Vapes require age verification as per Canadian Vaping regulations. Please ensure you have a valid ID at the time of delivery. This means that in order to receive your package from YYZ Vapes, you must present photo identification stating you’re of legal age to purchase vaping products in your province or state. If you’re unable to do so, your package will be returned to YYZ Vapes under the stated issue of “failed age verification”. For such issues, a restocking fee and shipping charges will be charged to the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Returns and warranty
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. We do look at the product condition on return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. All hardware must be in the original condition, along with the packaging containing the product serial numbers. We cannot accept any gadgets back without this. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
Our non-returnable items include:
· Opened e-liquid, coils or pods or used vape kits which have been filled with liquid or used.
· Tanks / Atomisers / Pods filled with liquid, used or removed from their sealed packaging.
· Any physically damaged device.
Please email us with your return request, including your original order number and the reason you would like to return your order. We will reply with further instructions on how to send your items back. This must be within returns approval. Any item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if return guidelines are not followed.
If your return is approved, please ensure your items are packed properly for safe shipping conditions and they don't get damaged on their way back to us. We don’t mind the wrapping material. Just be sure it is safe.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item, the best way is to reorder the item you need and follow the refund process for the existing item. This would be a much smoother process. We will initiate a refund after we receive the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and is in original condition, we initiate the refund process. We will refund the product value, excluding any shipping charges originally paid, back to the original payment method. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the funds to be returned to your account. If you haven't received a refund within 7 working days, please get in touch with us first. If everything is clear from our sid,e you need to contact your respective card company or bank for the status.
